This site has no accounts, no comment forms and no advertising trackers. We don't set cookies.

• Who we are: Receptionist Compare, contact [email protected].
• Email: messages to [email protected] are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox (Google).
• Hosting logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• If you email us for example to request a listing change, we use your name, business email and message only to reply and manage your listing, and keep them for up to 24 months.
• Payments for verified and featured listings are taken by Stripe; we receive your name, email and payment status, never your full card details. We keep transaction records for 6 years for tax purposes.
• Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
